Who we are
Flovio is run by Carl Ashfield and builds lead conversion systems for private clinics in the UK. We are the data controller for the information you give us on this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@flovio.agency.
What we collect
When you request a lead leak audit, we collect your name, clinic name, work email, mobile number, clinic website, main treatment, approximate monthly enquiries and approximate monthly ad spend. We also record the date and the page you sent the form from.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
Why we use it
- To reply to your audit request, carry out the audit and arrange a call with you.
- To decide whether our service is a good fit for your clinic.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started. We will not add you to a marketing list or sell your details.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run this website and store enquiries: Cloudflare (website hosting), Google (email and the spreadsheet where enquiries are stored) and Google Fonts (which loads the fonts on this page). Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests for up to 24 months, unless you become a client, in which case we keep the information for as long as we work together and as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@flovio.agency. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
